The CurriculumA full academic program as required by the State of California is offered.
The curriculum reflects a commitment to educate the whole person. Accordingly,
the elementary school emphasizes respect for parents, teachers, and elders,
while the secondary school guides students to fulfill their personal and civic
responsibilities, to cherish their families, their nation, and all living
beings.
Good study habits are emphasized, and students are guided to delight in learning. Developing Virtue Secondary School (Grades 9-12) offers a college preparatory curriculum. The minimum units required for graduation in each subject area are as follows:

College Level Courses: This includes all 200 level transferable college courses taken at Mendocino College or other approved colleges. Our academic courses are approved by the University of California. |
